Process
Step 01
Brand Diagnostics and Audit
We don’t start with visuals—we start with the business. At the diagnostic stage, we analyse the client’s market context, current brand perception, competitive landscape, and business objectives. Outcome: an audit report identifying the gaps between how the brand appears today and where it should be in 2–3 years.
Tools: brand audit, competitive analysis, stakeholder interviews, communication channel analysis.

Step 02
Positioning Strategy
Based on the audit, we define the brand’s strategic foundation: unique value proposition (UVP), brand architecture, target audience, and key messages. This is the base everything else is built on. Without a clear strategy, any visual is simply an expensive accident.
Outcome: brand manifesto, positioning matrix, tone of voice, verbal identity.

Step 03
Brand platform development
A brand platform is not a logo file. It is an operating document that governs every brand touchpoint with its audience. We develop the full platform: from mission and values to visual language and communication principles.
Result: a brand platform as a strategic asset—ready to scale.

Step 04
Visual Identity
Only after the strategy is approved do we move into visual design. Logo, typography, colour system, patterns, iconography—everything is built from a single strategic core, not by “feel”.
Result: complete identity files, adapted for all applications.

Step 05
Brand Book and Handover
Final stage: documenting the entire brand system in a brand book. We create a guide that any member of the client team or its contractors can use.
Outcome: brand book / brand guidelines with full specifications, application examples, and usage rules.

Step 06
Support and Scaling
Within a venture partnership, we stay involved after handover of the documentation. We support brand implementation: advising on new touchpoints, overseeing quality of application, and adapting the system as the business scales. This is not a retainer for the sake of a retainer — it is a partnership in which we are as invested in your brand’s growth as you are.


In select cases, we move beyond the classic client model and join projects as a design partner for a share of profit or equity in the business.
We work with teams and startups in growth stages, where strategy, branding, and art direction can act as a point of acceleration and shape business development. In these projects, we lead the design direction and share responsibility for the outcome.
